Cancellation Policy

For changes or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order will be in processing and we may not be able to modify it. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

We encourage a minimum 14-day trial with consistent use (1–2 times per week) before requesting a return. If you're still unsatisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return the item under our money-back guarantee. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take care in packaging to prevent damage during transit. If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us via our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Items are considered damaged if they are defective or physically broken. Minor scuffs on outer packaging that do not affect the product are not classified as damage.

Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, microneedle applicator heads that have been used cannot be returned or resold. This does not affect your right to a refund under our 30-day guarantee — it simply means used heads will not need to be shipped back.
