The magic behind Micro-Infusion?
Your skin is a barrier — that's its job. So when you apply a serum, most of it sits on the surface and never reaches the deeper layers where it could actually make a difference.
Micro-infusion changes that. Precision micro-tips create tiny channels in the outer layer of your skin, allowing clinical-grade ingredients to absorb below the surface — not sit on top hoping to work.
Serum goes in, not just on.

Where to use micro-infusion
How to use
Use once every two weeks. Most users see improvement in fine lines, texture, and radiance after 3–4 treatments.
Step 1 — Prep
Cleanse and pat dry. Pause retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, and vitamin C for 48 hours beforehand.
Step 2 — Fill and prime
Fill the applicator bottle with serum, attach a fresh sterile micro-head, and invert for 1–2 minutes to let the serum reach the needles. If it doesn't flow, loosen the micro-head slightly and re-tighten to release the air seal.
Step 3 — Stamp
Press gently across face, neck, and lips in 2–3 passes, working in sections. Light prickling is normal; the forehead and around the mouth may feel more intense.
Step 4 — Aftercare
Apply any remaining serum and let it absorb overnight. For 24 hours, skip makeup, direct sun, exercise, and sweating. Mild redness fades within a few hours. Resume retinoids and actives after 48 hours.

Frequent Questions
When will I see results?
When will I see results?
Many women notice smoother skin texture after the first use. Visible improvement in fine lines and firmness typically builds over 2–4 weeks with consistent use (1–2 times per week).
Is it safe?
Is it safe?
The 0.25mm needle depth is specifically designed for at-home use — safe, effective, and requires no downtime. A patch test is recommended before first use. Do not use on broken, irritated, sunburned, or breakout-prone skin. Mild redness or tingling may occur immediately after use and typically fades within 30–60 minutes. If irritation persists, discontinue use.
How often should I use it?
How often should I use it?
1–2 times per week. Your skin needs time between sessions to complete its natural renewal process. More isn’t better — consistency is.
Will it work on my skin tone?
Will it work on my skin tone?
Yes. Unlike laser and IPL treatments which interact with melanin, microneedling uses no heat or light. It works purely through mechanical micro-channels, making it safe and effective across all skin tones.
Can I use it around my eyes, lips, and neck?
Can I use it around my eyes, lips, and neck?
Yes. The 0.25mm needle depth is gentle enough for delicate areas. Use lighter pressure around the eyes and lips. The neck and décolletage respond well to treatment too.
When is the best time to use it?
When is the best time to use it?
Evening is ideal. Your skin enters repair mode overnight, so the active ingredients have uninterrupted time to work through the micro-channels while you sleep. Avoid direct sun exposure immediately after treatment.
How do I clean the device?
How do I clean the device?
The microneedle head is designed for single-course use (one kit = one head). Do not attempt to sterilise and reuse. This ensures hygiene and consistent needle sharpness for each treatment cycle.
How is this different from a derma roller?
How is this different from a derma roller?
Derma rollers drag blunt needles horizontally, causing uneven micro-tears. This system uses vertical, precision-tip microneedles integrated directly with the serum — creating clean micro-channels and delivering ingredients in one step. It’s not the same category.
Can I use my own serums with it?
Can I use my own serums with it?
We recommend starting with the included clinical-grade serums for best results. Once you’re comfortable, most water-based serums (hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, niacinamide) are compatible. Avoid oils and thick creams immediately after treatment.
