Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Shipping Delays

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

ASCEA is not responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout but are subsequently lost or stolen.
